Refund & Return Policy – Hassle-Free Guarantee

Muscle Garage doesn't accept general returns of online purchases. In case you receive a Leakage or damaged product, you can raise an enquiry for a refund or replacement. However, that request has to be raised within 2-3 days of product delivery.

The replacement product is dispatched as soon as the customer representative informs the Operations team.

While the refund process takes 5-6 days from the day it has been issued.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, the shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.
• No claims for return or replacement will be valid if made after 7 days of delivery.
• No request for a refund, return or replacement will be accepted if the product delivered is as per the order and not in damaged condition.
• Valid photo proof of the damaged product is mandatory for refund/replacement. Seal broken products will be considered invalid.
• In case you received a damaged/tampered/wrong product, please send us an email with the unboxing video and images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to musclegarage2024@gmail.com within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.
• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method. Since there are no stabilizers or preservatives, some natural separation may happen. Just shake or stir well before use. No refunds will be given for this.

Muscle Garage reserves all rights to accept or reject return requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Muscle Garage reserves the right to cancel/reject any order in case of malicious, suspicious or fraudulent payment methods.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to the company rules and any cancellation charges if applicable will be deducted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds:

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refundable and Exchangeable.

Exchanges–

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at musclegarage2024@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns–

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
