At Muscle Garage Online, there are no hidden charges. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully authorized, we begin processing it immediately. You will receive an order confirmation email containing:

• Order ID

• Product details

• Estimated dispatch and delivery timeline

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Other Cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch

• Remote Locations & North East India: 7–10 business days or longer depending on accessibility

Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.

Order Tracking

You can track your order through:

• My Account > My Orders

• Shipment tracking link sent via Email/SMS

Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive order updates.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected products and locations.

Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be made directly to the courier partner at the time of delivery.

Payment Failure

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, the refund is generally processed automatically by your bank within 7 business days. The timeline may vary depending on your bank.

Before retrying payment, please ensure:

• Correct payment details are entered

• Stable internet connection

• Sufficient account balance

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

Return Conditions

Products must be:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In original packaging

• With all tags, labels, and seals intact

Returns will not be accepted for products that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive:

• A wrong product

• Missing items

• Outer packaging

• Product received

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

⚠️Important

To ensure a smooth claim process, customers are requested to record a clear unboxing video and take photos of the package before opening it. The video should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the condition of the product received.

Claims related to damaged, missing, incorrect, tampered, or leaked products may require unboxing photos and videos for verification. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Please share the unboxing video and photos with our customer support team within 7 days of delivery for faster resolution.

Nutrition & Supplement Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, nutrition and supplement products can only be returned if received damaged, expired, incorrect, or tampered.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Taste or flavor preferences

• Digestive discomfort or personal reactions

• Product expectations differing from individual results

Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before consuming any supplement.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed through one of the following methods:

1. Original Payment Method (Prepaid Orders)

The amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

Refund Timeline:
7–10 business days

2. Bank Transfer (COD Orders)

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via NEFT/Bank Transfer after receiving valid bank account details.

Return Shipping

Where possible, Muscle Garage Online will arrange reverse pickup.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may send the product through a reliable courier service. Reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed upon approval.
